NEIK had the honor of interviewing Tom Blees, president of Science Council for Global Initiatives. Mr. Blees spoke about the history of the integral fast reactor and its value in combatting climate change, U.S.-Korea nuclear energy cooperation, and how to finance next generation nuclear technology.
NEIK had the pleasure of speaking with Jack Spencer, Director of the Roe Institute at the Heritage Foundation, where he oversees research on a wide range of domestic economic issues, including federal spending, energy and environment, and regulation. Prior to his current position, Mr. Spencer specialized in nuclear energy issues both domestically and internationally, frequently writing on such topics as waste management, next generation technologies, and industry subsidies.
